Our management, counselors, and staff bring years of expertise to our individual, corporate, and youth engagements. We have individual and collective expertise in career coaching, training, corporate education, leadership development, and project management.
Maureen Morris, M.S.
Maureen is a National Certified Career Counselor, Career Development Specialist and a New York State Mental Health Counselor. A graduate of Fordham University, Maureen holds B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Education and professional certification in counseling. Maureen is a certified MBTI trainer. She is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors, American Counseling Association, the National Career Development Association, and The International Association of Career Management Professionals. Maureen has extensive continuing education in all areas of career development, human resources and counseling.
As a former trainer for Dale Carnegie Inc., one of the world's largest and widely recognized training organizations, Maureen has trained hundreds of men and women executives from Fortune 500 companies in career development, public speaking, human relations, sales and management.
As founder of Success Image Inc., Maureen devotes her skills to helping people develop self-confidence through self-awareness and development. She has counseled and coached thousands of individuals and helped them to become more professional and successful in their chosen fields.

Diane Spizzirro
Diane is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and an Executive Career Development Counselor/Coach as well as being a certified MBTI trainer. She holds a M.S. in Career Development and is an adjunct professor for the College of New Rochelle where she is teaching graduate classes in counseling. In addition, Diane has received her International Certification as a Career and Job Transition Coach. Diane has successfully transitioned her career, having a strong business background in Risk Management.
Diane is a member of The International Association of Career Management Professionals and the Westchester Career Counselors Association. As a trainer of the Success Image Training Courses and the Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking and Sales Courses, Diane has coached individual clients in improving their interview and presentation skills.
Diane has been working with Success Image for the past ten years. She has extensive experience in working with individuals and in group settings .Diane is a result oriented highly energetic professional with proven leadership ability.

Jaime Alpert
Jaime Alpert joined Success Image after several years of corporate consulting experience. During her time with one of the world’s top services providers, she specialized in Change Management and Communications Strategy. Throughout her career, Jaime has worked closely with top level executives in large and small corporations to design and implement comprehensive change strategies. Jaime has dedicated her efforts towards training her clients to evaluate their capabilities, determine future goals and has developed various recommendations for attaining those goals.
At Success Image, Jaime has been able to utilize her training skills to help students and adults to be more successful in their careers. Most recently she has conducted business etiquette workshops for Westchester Community College.
Jaime received a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University, where she specialized in Global Management and Marketing. She completed her undergraduate studies at Emory University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology.

Stephen Morris
Stephen Morris is a Professional Trainer specializing in Sales and Marketing, Management Development, Public Speaking and Executive Coaching. Steve has a strong sales background and has worked extensively with medical and pharmaceutical companies. He has been a top producer who has consistently exceeded sales goals by consulting with doctors in the development and expansion of their practices. Steve has been a trainer for Success Image Career Training for the past seven years.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. He trained with The Dale Carnegie Corporation and has had extensive professional training in Sales, Management and Marketing.
