Success Image Workshops and Seminars
Success Image workshops are highly interactive. In either a full-day or half-day session, our facilitators will guide participants through hands-on exercises that enable team members to understand each other and work more effectively together. Myers-Briggs Assessment
Often our program begins prior to the actual on-site workshop, when we request each participant to complete a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire. The MBTI assessment is the most widely used tool for understanding personality differences. We ask that the completed questionnaires be returned to us two weeks before the workshop. This allows us to assess the results and use them to personalize the program.
