We have all witnessed outsourcing, downsizing, mergers and consolidations. Still, other companies managed to expand rapidly, revamp their product lines, and enter new markets by overhauling their systems with new technologies. Given the fast-paced nature of today’s economy, current business leaders face more challenges than ever before. Times have changed and old-school leadership and management theories no longer apply to the new work environment.
