• IBM CRM Strategy Group, Boston MA
  These sessions were dynamic and very insightful, providing valuable information on communication styles and potential blind spots that exists within the group. The sessions were interactive and helpful in uncovering preferred methods of communicating and decision making. They helped to provide communication clues and presentation styles to use when working with clients and team members with different preferences.

• NY Day Care Business
  A day care center noted for its staff’s devotion to children and their unique needs was struggling. While the staff was great with the children, they were unable to collaborate on ideas and work well with each other. Success Image surveyed each staff member to uncover the main issues and based on the results, we determined that communication and conflict management were the key areas of concern. In response, we customized a program, using the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) and interactive exercises, to address the issues. Throughout the program, participants learned about their personality differences and how those differences could be beneficial to the group. In addition, they were able to use what they learned in relevant – and fun – scenarios. According to the Center Director, the participants benefited greatly from the program; they have been communicating with one another more effectively, which has made for a more pleasant and productive environment for everyone involved.
  


• Business Etiquette
  A college program that pairs female business students with successful women mentors in the local business community needed to prepare students for their mentor experience. Success Image conducted a half-day seminar on Business Etiquette. We covered topics ranging from greetings and handshakes to dining and small talk. Through a variety of activities, including lunch during which participants were required to experience dining blunders, participants gained an awareness of how the etiquette information related to real life experiences. The session was not only informative, but also fun as a result of energetic trainers who have the ability to engage participants. Students left the seminar feeling confident and prepared to meet their business mentors.

• Youth Center
  The mission of a youth center in the South Bronx, NY is to foster the development of young people so that they may go on to lead productive lives. The center offers programs and activities in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes academic, cultural, social, personal, and moral growth of youth. For several years Success Image has been actively involved in the job-training program for high school girls. The program focuses on building self-confidence, honing interview skills, discovering interests and possible career choices, and projecting a positive “Success Image”. Girls who have completed this program have left markedly changed. They have gone from acting shy and unsure of themselves to behaving with confidence and feeling prepared to meet career challenges.
  


• A NY College
  Success Image has taught its Myers-Briggs Type Indicator course several times to various college classes with the intents of both enabling future counselors and teachers to understand themselves as well as instructing them on how to understand others’ personality types. This course, Introduction to Type, goes over the basics of personality and incorporates various interactive activities. According to one professor, “the lively, enlightening, and thoroughly engaging presentation” was greatly appreciated by all.
